Keynote speaker, Jun Yang corresponded that CNSA’s mission is to serve its members through the creation of a commercial and fair operating environment within the seed industry. The CNSA helps to build a bridge between the Chinese seed industry and the Chinese government.  She continued that it was a great honor for CNSA to lead the Delegation visiting Iowa, and to meet these Iowa officials.  One of CNSA’s goals is to assist in accomplishing Mr. Xi’s vision to promote cooperation between the US, especially Iowa and the CNSA members.  She emphasized that CNSA must continue to foster cooperation between its member companies and US seed companies.  This cooperation is striving to bring more elite germplasm, high quality hybrids, and advanced technology to increase corn yields and farmer’s income. This contribution will make a difference to the world food security and feeding the people of the world.  She thanked ICIA and its members for organizing and participating in this event.
